Upstairs, Noix has one double & one twin bedroom. The twin has full size single beds suitable for adults, the room is very spacious and can easily accommodate an extra child's bed and/or cot at no extra charge, whilst the downstairs sofa-bed may also provide additional sleeping space.
The cottage is the perfect base for a family or group of four adults to base themselves for their Loire Valley sightseeing experience, with plenty of outdoor space to relax or for children to let off steam after days out.
Interior: Downstairs is open plan and comprises the living area with UK & French Satellite TV, DVD/CD player & wood-burning stove.
There is a dining area for four & a fully equipped kitchen for up to six with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle.
Lounge/sleeping area with comfortable easy to use sofa-bed.
Shower room - rental price includes bathroom towels, bedding, heating & electricity.
Stairs up to where you will find two large bedrooms within the eaves with storage for clothes.
Exterior: Seating facing onto the communal courtyard garden provides a perfect coffee or apero spot + the shared courtyard garden and grounds surrounded by woods & fields. Communal shady dining barn with BBQ, table & seating, outdoor games and bikes are available to use.
First night food supplies included: e.g. bread, freshly laid eggs, homemade jam, local cheese and wine, seasonal fruit/salad.
